A Healthy Xmas and New Year's gift

                      Namaste,
these are couple of my very first yoga DVD. They will be available to practitioners on the 10th December onwards at the rate of RMB90 (1 DVD) or RMB160 (2 DVD).
Every DVD sold, part of the money will goes to MTP (Million Tree Project) to save our earth by planting trees in Inner Mongolia.
So why wait, share it and let the earth breathing again....

So if you are thinking of Christmas and New Year's present for friends and family, why not choose this one? The Journey Inwards takes you to 75 minutes practice with 2 Mantras while Flow Yoga Daily Practice consist of shorter practice Flow yoga 45 minutes, office yoga 15 minutes and Flow 15 minutes for level 1 and beginner practitioners. This is one of the good alternatives when you are working and still able to do yoga in front of your desk. A good way to practice if your activities makes you difficult to fit with schedule in the yoga studio, try to do your self practice at your own time and space by choosing the chapter in the DVD that suits you.

I have learned much from this project and sending great appreciation to all teachers, family and friends and everyone who made this happen. This DVD is not perfect but I hope I could share my journey, my learning (being ups and downs), and my practice with all of you.

May all beings benefit from this practice...may all be happy....Loka Samastha Sukkhino Bhavantu...Om Shanti shanti shanti

Live Patanjali Yoga Wisdom for Everyday Living by Jacqueline Koay

It is the heart of practicing yoga in daily lives. JK (short form of Jacqueline Koay) is my teacher, she inspired me in many ways of her teaching especially the way she carry herself, practicing yoga, taking care of herself and family of 5 children, writing books and making sure she enjoy life!
In this book, she took everyday live stories from herself and her friends in regards of yoga sutra. Therefore, people like us, laymen and laywomen able to grasp and understand it. Also every chapter will have something to review, to remember and to practice...read it!

The Tibetan Book of Yoga, Ancient Buddhist Teachings on the Philosophy and Practice of Yoga by Geshe Michael Roach

Geshe Michael Roach is a very good in presenting the yoga practice. I love the 1st chapter about focus in your breath in 10 cycles and the meditation method called Taking the Darkness. The practice is simple and each with understanding about our mind and prana body (explanation is very clear and details therefore it's easy to understand). The book explain about all levels of yoga practice from the body, mind and breath. These teaching encourage compassion and kindness to others.
Also read "How does Yoga Works" and "Diamond Cutter"
