Make your own Chai at home daily for winter...that would be my suggestion especially for Vata person :)
Ing:
1 stick of cinnamon
8 black pepper corn
8 cloves
10 cardamom, tear the skin a little bit to allow the taste to come out easily
2 inch of ginger, crushed it with the side of your knife
black tea (or lipton tea bag)
honey or brown sugar to taste
Milk optional
- boil all the spices about 20-30 minutes at the small flame and add on tea bag at the very last 2 minutes
- add honey or brown sugar just before you have it
- if you are using milk, use the combination of 1:1 (1 cup of milk with 1 cup of the spices water) boil another 5 min
keep warm :)
